WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY INSTALLATION?

You should refer to the copy of your contract with your contractors contact information. They will be able to help you with any service issues.  We can help you with locating your contractor information if you have misplaced your copy of your contract.

ARE THERE ANY PENALTIES FOR PAYING OFF EARLY?

There are no pre-payment penalties on your home improvement loan.
